Tom Folliard has a professional background and operating experience in corporate finance matters, having served as a commercial lender; "Big Four" consultant; CFO of a NYSE-listed manufacturing company; investment banker (mergers and acquisitions); venture capitalist; and a director of several privately owned, early and later stage growth companies.
During the last nine years, through his company Corporate Development Resources, Inc., Tom has helped business owners and managers with issues such as financial and business strategy, capital raising, retrenchment and business acquisitions and divestitures. His experience includes assisting companies in buying other companies; developing long-term financial plans; arranging external financing from senior, mezzanine and equity sources; selling companies or divisions; and analyzing companies' strategic and financial options, including "going public".
