A "project" is defined as one set of historical financial data saved on the Corpfin.Net secure server. A project is usually equivalent to a company.
If you decide to convert to Full Membership you can seamlessly create LBO valuations, private equity investment analyses and single-year forecasts for your Free Membership projects by recording, in each instance, a half dozen or so additional assumptions.

If you decide you would like to preserve the data generated during a one-on-one online session, you can sign-up to be a member of Corpfin.Net and all of the information created during the online session will be transferred to your online account at Corpfin.Net for your further review and revision. The cost of doing so, including 60 days of product support from the date of membership (no refunds), is as follows:

If you decide not to become a member of Corpfin.Net, the information developed during an online session will be erased and you will have absolutely no obligation to Corpfin.Net for the session.
