If you decide you would like to preserve the data generated during a one-on-one online session, you can sign-up to be a member of Corpfin.Net and all of the information created during the online session will be transferred to your online account at Corpfin.Net for your further review and revision. The cost of doing so, including 60 days of product support from the date of membership (no refunds), is as follows:
Start-Up Session - $150.00
Five-Year Forecast Session - $250.00
LBO Business Valuation Session - $250.00
Private Equity Placement Session - $250.00
If you decide not to become a member of Corpfin.Net, the information developed during an online session will be erased and you will have absolutely no obligation to Corpfin.Net for the session.
If you wish to remain a member after 60 days, the cost of doing so is $100.00 per quarter.
$100.00 per quarter. Membership fees are paid quarterly, in advance, via credit card and renew automatically.
If you cancel your membership within three days following a quarterly payment, we will refund 100% of that payment. We archive a member's projects for up to 30 days following cancellation of membership.
Financial advisors, intermediaries and other professionals who use the Corpfin.Net software in their businesses are expected to:
establish individual memberships for each of their firm's users of the software (per-seat membership).
establish separate, individual accounts for clients for whom they develop forecasts and analyses.
